Submit Your Designs
Send us your designs—whether front and back screenshots, tech packs, or clear line drawings—along with any notes on changes you want implemented.
Send them via email or WhatsApp as a Word or PDF doc.
Choose Fabrics & Colours
Select from 86+ in-stock trending colors, allowing us to start fabric cutting for your samples and bulk orders immediately.
Adding Prints
Want to incorporate prints? We use high-end digital print technology on ultra-soft fabrics, delivering vibrant, true-to-life imagery.

Request Prices
Once we’re clear on your designs, we’ll offer the best possible price for a premium quality product. With prices approved & samples paid, we proceed directly to sampling.
Perfecting your swimwear & activewear samples
Once you’ve selected your styles and completed the sample payment, we begin working without delay. A dedicated swimwear/activewear sample merchant will get in touch with you to confirm your requests before we start. Your patterns are subsequently made digitally using advanced 2D AutoCAD software, which delivers far better precision than traditional paper patterns.
After that, we cut your fabrics, sewing or transfer your custom heat press logo onto them, and add the required accessories. Every product goes through a strict three-stage quality verification process before being labeled, packaged, and photographed to await your approval.
Once you approve the samples, we send them via Express, and you can expect door-to-door delivery in about 3-5 working days.
Placing Bulk Orders
Ordering in bulk from us is fast and easy. Simply use our interactive form to input product codes from your approved samples or choose from our ready-made designs. After specifying fabric colors, patterns, and sizes, we’ll verify your order and talk through payment methods to kick off production. If forms aren’t convenient, just send your order details to your swimwear/activewear merchant via email or WhatsApp.

Quality Control
- Fabric & Material Inspection – Check fabric for defects, test stretch, durability, and colourfastness.
- Pre-Production Sample Check – Eusure correct fit, stitching workmanship, and overall construction before bulk production.
- In-Line Production QC – Inspect cutting, sewing and printing accuracy to ensure no defects.
- Post-Production Inspection – Verify size consistency, seam strength, elasticity, and resistance to water and chlorine.
- Random Sampling & AQL Testing – Conduct spot checks on batches to identify critical, major, or minor defects.
- Final Packaging & Shipment Check – Ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and correct sizes before dispatch.
